A blog is born!


Hello foodies, you might say yet another food blog. Well, this one is the answer to a challenge and to my love for food.  It all started with a party, when I have been provoked to start a food blog. Yup, I know I am a bit late, sorry Karin, but here is my answer to your provocation.

Chocolate – Pistachio muffins


100 g chopped pistachios

150 g flour

150 g sugar

110 g butter

10 g baking powder

2 eggs

4 tablespoons yogurt


Melt the butter. Mix eggs with sugar, then add yogurt. When they are well mixed and the sugar starts melting, add the butter slowly. Mix the flour, baking powder, and in the end the pistachios and chopped chocolate.

Bake for 30 minutes at 150-160 degrees.
